Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to revoke your contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Val&tina, Neuried 94, 6281 Gerlos, telephone number: +43 6643 1117 36, e-mail address: info@valandtina.design ) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.
Refund & Return policy
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments which we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery from the inexpensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
We may refuse to make a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event within fourteen days at the latest from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of revocation
The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders:

for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,
-
for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery
-
for the delivery of goods, if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature
Conditions for Return
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags attached and be in original packaging
• Returned items must show no signs of wear or use
Replacement Policy
Our garments, accessories and custom mugs are carefully printed on demand. However, mistakes happen. We will reprint and reship your order at our expense in the following cases:

The product was damaged during delivery

We sent the wrong size or colour

A defect occurred during the printing process

The wrong image or text was printed
To request a replacement:

Describe the issue with as much detail as possible
A member of our support team will respond within 72 hours.
Replacement is your responsibility if:

Wrong address — if the address provided is insufficient, the shipment is returned to us or our partner, and reshipment costs are your responsibility once an updated address is confirmed

Unclaimed shipments — returned shipments are also subject to reshipment costs
